قبول الشروط
باستخدامك أديم فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى أي سياسات مرتبطة بها، بما في ذلك سياسة الخصوصية.
Acceptance of terms
By using Adeem, you agree to these Terms and any related policies, including the Privacy Policy.
الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصاً محدوداً، غير حصري، غير قابل للتحويل، لاستخدام الخدمة لإدارة عمليات شركتك الزراعية وفقاً لهذه الشروط.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for managing your agricultural business operations under these Terms.
سلوك المستخدم
يجب استخدام أديم بشكل قانوني ومسؤول. يُحظر إساءة استخدام الحسابات، محاولة اختراق الخدمة، رفع محتوى ضار، أو استخدام المنصة بما يخالف القوانين.
Acceptable use
You must use Adeem lawfully and responsibly. Misuse of accounts, attempts to compromise the service, malicious content, or illegal use are prohibited.
الملكية الفكرية
تظل جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية في أديم والتصميمات والشعارات والبرمجيات مملوكة لأديم أو مرخصيها. بيانات التشغيل التي تدخلها تظل مملوكة لشركتك.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in Adeem, its designs, logos, and software remain owned by Adeem or its licensors. Operational data you enter remains owned by your company.
تحديد المسؤولية
تُقدم الخدمة كما هي وبقدر ما يسمح به القانون. لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو فقدان الأرباح أو القرارات التشغيلية الناتجة عن استخدام التقارير.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or operational decisions made based on reports.
الإنهاء
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة الشروط أو تهديد أمان المنصة. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وطلب تصدير أو حذف البيانات وفق السياسات المتاحة.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or threats to platform security. You may stop using the service and request export or deletion according to available policies.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ما لم تنص القوانين الإلزامية على خلاف ذلك.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, unless mandatory applicable laws provide otherwise.
