Privacy Policy
توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية البيانات داخل منصة أديم لإدارة المزارع.
This policy explains how Adeem Farm Management collects, uses, and protects data.
1. من نحن ومَن المتحكم في البيانات
أديم لإدارة المزارع هو تطبيق SaaS B2B يساعد الشركات الزراعية على إدارة المزارع والعمال والحضور والمصروفات والمخزون والتقارير. الشركة المالكة لمنصة أديم هي المتحكم في بيانات الحسابات، بينما تبقى بيانات المزرعة والتشغيل مملوكة للشركة العميلة التي تستخدم النظام.
1. Controller information
Adeem Farm Management is a B2B SaaS application that helps agricultural businesses manage farms, workers, attendance, expenses, inventory, and reports. Adeem acts as the controller for account data, while operational farm data remains owned by the customer company using the platform.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع بيانات الحساب مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف والدور والصلاحيات، وبيانات الشركة، وبيانات المزارع والقطاعات والمحاصيل والأصول، وسجلات الحضور والإجازات والسلف والمصروفات والمخزون والصيانة، بالإضافة إلى بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وسجلات الأمان. تسجيل الدخول يتم فقط عبر البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور - لا نستخدم تسجيل الدخول عبر جهات خارجية.
2. Data we collect
We collect account data such as name, email, phone number, role, and permissions; company data; farm, block, crop, and asset data; attendance, leave, advance, expense, inventory, and maintenance records; and technical data. Authentication is via email and password only - no third-party login providers are used.

3. Why we process data
We process data to provide the service, authenticate users, enforce permissions, power reporting and analytics, improve user experience, support customers, diagnose issues, and comply with legal or accounting obligations where required.
4. أين يتم تخزين البيانات
يتم تخزين البيانات في Supabase لقاعدة البيانات والمصادقة والتخزين، ويتم تقديم التطبيق عبر Vercel وشبكات CDN. يتم نقل البيانات عبر TLS/HTTPS، وقد تتم معالجة البيانات في مناطق استضافة يحددها مزودو البنية التحتية.
4. Data storage and infrastructure
Data is stored using Supabase for database, authentication, and storage, and the application is delivered via Vercel and CDN networks. Data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS and may be processed in hosting regions operated by our infrastructure providers.
5. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بيانات المستخدمين. قد نشارك بيانات محدودة مع مزودي الخدمة الضروريين مثل Supabase لاستضافة قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة، وVercel للاستضافة والتوزيع، وأدوات مراقبة الأخطاء إذا تم تفعيلها مثل Sentry. لا تتم المشاركة إلا لتشغيل الخدمة أو الامتثال القانوني.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell user data. We may share limited data with essential service providers such as Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting and delivery, and error monitoring tools such as Sentry if enabled. Sharing is limited to service operation or legal compliance.
6. حقوق المستخدم وحذف الحساب
قد يحق لك، حسب القوانين السارية مثل GDPR أو CCPA، طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك، تصحيحها، حذفها، نقلها، الاعتراض على معالجتها، أو تقييد استخدامها. لحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يمكن أيضاً إرسال الطلبات إلى privacy@adeem360.com.
6. User rights and account deletion
Depending on applicable laws such as GDPR or CCPA, you may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, or restriction of processing. To delete your account from within the app: go to Settings → Delete Account. Requests can also be sent to privacy@adeem360.com.
7. الأمان
نستخدم تشفير TLS أثناء النقل، ومصادقة Supabase، وسياسات Row Level Security لعزل بيانات الشركات والمستخدمين. تقع على المستخدم مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وتفعيل ممارسات الأمان المناسبة داخل شركته.
7. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, Supabase Auth, and Row Level Security policies to isolate company and user data. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and applying appropriate security practices within their organization.
8. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال فترة الحساب النشط. عند طلب الحذف، نبدأ معالجة الطلب خلال مدة معقولة وقد نحتفظ بنسخ احتياطية أو سجلات قانونية لمدة تصل إلى 90 يوماً، ما لم تتطلب القوانين الاحتفاظ ببيانات معينة لمدة أطول.
8. Retention
We retain data while the account is active. After a deletion request, we process the request within a reasonable period and may retain backups or legal logs for up to 90 days unless applicable law requires longer retention.
9. الأطفال
أديم مخصص للاستخدام التجاري والمهني من قبل البالغين 18 سنة فأكثر، وليس موجهاً للأطفال.
9. Children
Adeem is intended for professional and business use by adults aged 18 and older, and is not directed to children.
